Sea Nantucket is located at 76 Washington Street. Instead, we paddled our way through anchored boats and almost had a close encounter with a baby sea turtle! Another boater near us spotted it, but we were never lucky enough to catch a glimpse. We weren’t able to paddle the marsh because there wasn’t enough water that day to get out there, but they told us it’s a good place to see wildlife. This isn’t ocean kayaking - it’s an easy paddle through the harbor on sit-on-top kayaks.Ī couple of hours leading up to high tide, you can paddle through the Salt Creek Marsh. We rented kayaks from Sea Nantucket and had a good experience with them. We love both of these water activities, but went with kayaking – partly because we knew the water would be really cold if we fell off the paddleboard! More details below in the Where to Eat section!
